The ticket holder was one of five winners in the March Mega Friday draw, where multiple Millionaire Maker prizes of £1 million and a luxury experience are offered. If they claim their award before the end of the day on Wednesday 21st September, they will be able to pick five destinations in America to visit over 14 days, with an activity provided at each and five-star accommodation and business class flights, when available, laid on throughout. Breakfast will be served in the hotel every day and winners receive a £50 allowance per person for lunch and £100 per person for dinner.
UK National Lottery players have 180 days from the date of the winning draw to collect their prizes before the cash is transferred to the Good Causes Fund and used to support worthy projects across the country. You can find a full list of outstanding UK EuroMillions awards at the Unclaimed Prizes page.
If you live in West Bromwich, or were visiting friends or relatives for the Easter weekend, and played EuroMillions with a physical ticket, you are being urged to rifle through your old clothes, bags and wallets. If you find an unchecked ticket from that date, you should visit the EuroMillions Results page to see the full list of winning Millionaire Maker codes. As well as being the Easter weekend, the draw fell on the same night as pop band the Vamps played the Genting Arena in nearby Birmingham and the day before England beat Germany 3-2 in a Euro 2016 warm-up match in Berlin.
