A single Spanish participant who bought their ticket in Palmanova matched five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win €1.3 million, while an additional five players, two of whom were from the UK, matched five main numbers to scoop £63,834 (€89,375). Over two million other ticket holders won prizes worth between £3.10 (€4.40) for matching two main numbers and £3,626 (€5,078) for matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars.
An Irish player from Dublin won the top prize on EuroMillions Plus in the same night, picking up a respectable €500,000 for their efforts. In the UK, a player matched the winning code of QHQ601782 to win £1 million on Millionaire Maker.
