Bayford scooped a staggering £148.6 million back in August 2012, one of the largest EuroMillions prizes in history, and last year he used some of his winnings to open a shop called Black Barn Records in Cambridge. Having also purchased a lavish £6 million mansion in nearby Horseheath, he is looking forward to hosting around 3,000 fans when the 2017 Cambridge Rock Festival takes place from 3rd to 6th August.
Festival director Dave Roberts has thanked Bayford for his kind offer, saying that all he wanted in return was publicity for his business. Roberts said: “I know Adrian would like to do lots of things with his estate and [that's] great, he's a lovely fellow, and absolutely into his music. He has come to us with his love of music so the two knitted together."
Bayford’s success on EuroMillions has helped him to buy the house of his dreams, set up various business ventures and now stage a big event such as the Cambridge Rock Festival, and tonight’s draw will open up similar opportunities for any big winner.
There is a wonderful jackpot of £50 million (€58 million) on offer if anyone can match all five main numbers plus both Lucky Stars, while it is also the second part of Mega Week in the UK. If you fancy winning one of this evening’s great prizes, you visit an authorised retailer in any of the participating countries. Alternatively, choose your numbers online. Good luck!
