There was no top prize winner in the EuroMillions game on Tuesday 5 February, which is why the jackpot rolled over to the next game this Friday, but that doesn’t mean that prizes were thin on the ground. On the contrary, there were 1,522,246 winning tickets that won a consolation prize of some kind, and some of those consolation prizes were life-changing in their own right. We will get to the specifics in a moment, but before we do that we should first tell you that the main numbers drawn on Tuesday were 06, 25, 31, 40 and 45, and the Lucky Star numbers were 06 and 07.
Three tickets matched all five of the main numbers drawn as well as one of the Lucky Star numbers, and each of those tickets was rewarded with a second-tier prize worth €347,371 (£240,944). That might not be enough to fund a millionaire lifestyle, but it will certainly give the winners concerned plenty of options when it comes to making plans for their free time.
Two tickets won €173,685 each after matching the five main numbers only, and 31 tickets landed their owners a prize of €5,603 (£3,886) each by matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. All of the other prize-winners landed smaller sums of up to €239 (£166) each, and we expect that many of those winners will be having a go at landing even more in the next game this Friday.
As the Tuesday EuroMillions results demonstrate, you don’t necessarily need to win a jackpot to have cause to celebrate, so click here to buy your tickets and good luck with your numbers.
