Draw Summary
There's been no stopping the EuroMillions jackpot lately. After no one clinched the prize in the 9th August EuroMillions draw, it snowballed to over £70.8 million (€76.4 million) in time for draw number 1,241 on 13th August. The eight-figure sum had rolled over six consecutive times leading up to the draw, eluding players across Europe since a lucky ticket holder in Ciudad Real won the jackpot on 19th July.
There were no jackpot winners in the 13th August draw, causing the top prize to roll over yet again, this time to an estimated £77 million (€83.1 million). Of the 21.3 million people that played across Europe, five players managed to win in the second prize tier: one in the UK, one in France, one in Spain and two in Portugal. The UK winner came away with £106,568.20, while the other winners each received €185,444.50.

The previous EuroMillions draw on Friday 9th August saw over 26.7 million people across all nine participating countries take part in the hopes of winning the jackpot, which exceeded the advertised amount to reach £65.2 million (€70.1 million). More than 1.7 million players won a prize, though none were able to match all five numbers and both Lucky Stars. The largest prize won in the draw went to a ticket holder in Spain, who matched five numbers and one Lucky Star to win €1.1 million.
