PlayRegular readers will have noticed that our ‘most overdue’ numbers are performing pretty well lately, so if you would like to include one or more of those among your entries for the double rollover jackpot draw this Friday we certainly wouldn’t want to dissuade you. The most overdue numbers right now are 14, 10, 34, 44 and 18, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 02 and 03. Whilst last Friday’s EuroMillions draw was perhaps a little disappointing for those who were hoping to land the jackpot prize (which is probably everyone who participated!) there was – as always – some good news for those who managed to get enough numbers to win a consolation prize.
There were 22 players who missed out on the jackpot by just one Lucky Star number, and those players each won a consolation prize of €148,025 (around £99,412). The third-tier prizes were worth €51,342 (around £34,481) each, and 18 players won one of those by matching five main numbers without any Lucky Star numbers. As far as fourth-tier prizes were concerned, 106 players won €6,227 (around £4,182) each by matching four main numbers as well as the two Lucky Star numbers.
