EuroMillions Results for Friday 2nd January 2015

The first EuroMillions draw of the year has ended in a rollover after players were unable to match all seven numbers drawn to win a jackpot worth £11.7 (€15 million). December 2014 had been a great month for fans of the game, with five players grabbing multi-million Euro windfalls in the space of just a few draws. While their good luck didn’t seem to rub off on players in the new year, there were still plenty of ticket holders who won great cash prizes tonight.

The winning numbers from this evening’s draw were 22, 24, 25, 28 and 49 with Lucky Stars 3 and 6. Two ticket holders, neither of whom came from the UK, did match five main numbers and one Lucky Star to snap up €668,437 each. An additional eight participants grabbed £40,160 (€55,703) when they matched five main numbers, and 32 players have each snagged a cool £5,020 (€6,962) after matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars.

All other cash prizes distributed tonight were worth between £3 (€4.10) for matching two main numbers and £150.90 (€209.40) for matching four main numbers and one Lucky Star.
