EuroMillions Results for Friday 5th December 2014

EuroMillions has gotten off to a great start in December, with one French player winning a rollover jackpot worth £57.8 million (€72.9 million) in the first draw of the month. Their victory put a stop to a series of seven rollovers. Tonight’s jackpot of £11.8 million (€15 million) will be a tempting treat for those who’d like to keep their bank accounts safely padded out during what is usually the most expensive time of the year.

Tonight’s winning numbers are 5, 8, 37, 47 and 48 with Lucky Stars 2 and 3, but the top prize escaped the grasp of players as no one was able to match all seven numbers. However, there were still quite a lot of cash prizes distributed to lucky winners, including two players outside of the UK who matched five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win €758,715 each. Another four ticket holders matched five main numbers to win an impressive £91,646 (€126,452) each.

The remaining players snapped up cash prizes worth between £3.30 (€4.60) for matching two main numbers and £5,091 (€7,025) for matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. Finally, one UK player has just won £1 million after matching the winning Millionaire Maker code of WFP477150, while a French participant will certainly be having a Joyeux Noël after matching the winning code of PK 645 9634 to  snag €1 million on the supplementary My Million draw. The top prize for Tuesday 9th December will be worth an estimated £17 million (€21 million). Don’t forget to buy your tickets online by visiting the Play EuroMillions tab or by visiting an authorised retailer.
