The special draw will be the second of its kind to take place so far in 2021, after a New Year’s Day draw also saw 10 lucky UK players become overnight millionaires!
Since the £1 million raffle began back in November 2009, an incredible 2,156 millionaires have been created. What’s more, entry into the special raffle is included in the price of a UK EuroMillions ticket, so you’re instantly in with a chance of winning when you play.
In each regular EuroMillions draw, one UK millionaire is created in the Millionaire Maker raffle. To win the raffle prize, you must match the entire nine character code in the exact order displayed. On 30th April, you’ll have a bumper batch of 10 codes to check, meaning you get even more chances to win when you pick up your ticket.

Chances of Winning a £1 Million Raffle Prize
As the Millionaire Maker raffle prize is guaranteed to be won in each draw, the odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.
In a base EuroMillions draw (when the jackpot is at its minimum of €17 million), the approximate odds of winning based on ticket sales are as follows:
- Tuesday Base Draw: 1 in 3.5 million
- Friday Base Draw: 1 in 5 million
The approximate odds then change when the jackpot increases, as the bigger jackpots typically result in higher ticket sales. For a 4x rollover draw, the approximate odds of winning a Millionaire Maker prize are:
- Tuesday 4x rollover Draw: 1 in 4.7 million
- Friday 4x rollover Draw: 1 in 6.6 million
The approximate odds of winning in a promotional draw such as the 10 UK millionaires draw on Friday 30th April will differ again, as it is expected that the increased chances of landing a £1 million prize will also result in increased sales.
How Do I Enter the 10 Millionaires Raffle Draw?
When playing in the UK, entry into the 10 UK Millionaires raffle draw is included in the price of a EuroMillions ticket, so all you need to do is choose your own numbers or opt for a Lucky Dip and you’ll receive a Millionaire Maker code for each line of numbers played.
In a typical EuroMillions draw, all the codes that have been issued are entered into an Automated Draw Machine (ADM), where one code is randomly drawn as the winner of £1,000,000. On Friday 30th April, an additional nine codes will also be drawn, meaning that a total of 10 lucky players are guaranteed to win the million-pound prize.
As is traditional with raffle-style games, only the codes that are sold on the tickets are entered into the ADM, which means every code has the exact same chance of winning.
In addition to the 10 prizes of £1 million that will be up for grabs, players will also have the chance to win the multi-million pound jackpot in the main EuroMillions draw! As if that’s not enough, a Superdraw is set to take place just over a month later on Friday 4th June with a minimum jackpot of 130 million Euros up for grabs.
