French EuroMillions Player Wins €28.2 Million Jackpot

The winning numbers were 3, 7, 8, 14 and 49, with Lucky Stars 5 and 8. As well as the jackpot winner, there were three participants - one each from the UK, Spain and Portugal - who matched five main numbers plus one Lucky Star to receive £207,054 (€344,019) each. Another five ticket holders, including four from the UK, matched five main numbers to win £28,935 (€48,075) each.

The rest of the prizes won ranged from £2.40 (€4.00) for matching two main numbers to £1,608 (€2,672) for matching four main numbers plus two Lucky Stars.
