July EuroMillions Rollover

The first EuroMillions draw of July 2009 will boast a rollover jackpot worth €28 million (around £24 million) because no player matched the five main numbers and both Lucky Star numbers in the draw of Friday 26 June, 2009. The last EuroMillions rollover turned into a triple rollover before being shared by two players. This time around, players will be hoping for an outright win on their first attempt!

The EuroMillions results for Friday 26 June were 6, 11, 21, 30 and 39, and the two Lucky Stars were 2 and 8. Ten players matched the five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win €288,472 (around £245,289) each. Another 18 players matched five main numbers only and won €45,479 (around £38,670) each. There were 1,779,130 EuroMillions prizes won in total.

According to our EuroMillions Statistics page, the most overdue numbers at the time of writing are 27, 1, 28, 15 and 3 and the most overdue Lucky Stars are 9 and 1. These numbers have no greater chance of being picked than any others, but if you are stuck for a way to pick your numbers using one or two from the ‘overdue’ collection is as good a method as any.
