Tuesday’s EuroMillions game created 1.76 million prize winners and the biggest of those were – as always – found at the second-tier level where two tickets won €604,877 each by matching all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars. There was just one winning ticket at the third-tier level, so the owner of that ticket won a very impressive €403,251 for matching five main numbers only. To put that last figure into perspective, the third-tier prize in the previous draw (on Friday 30 December) was €113,858.
33 EuroMillions tickets matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to win €6,110 (£4,143) each, and another 742 tickets won €237 (£161.20) each after matching four main numbers and one Lucky Star. In the UK, the biggest winner on Tuesday was the player who matched the Millionaire Raffle number JZD045205 and picked up a cool £1,000,000 as a result.
We haven’t mentioned the most overdue EuroMillions numbers for a while (though of course you can view them at any time on our EuroMillions Statistics page) so now seems as good a time as any to rectify that. The most overdue main numbers at the time of writing are 13, 08, 35, 32 and 46, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 06 and 04. Whether or not any of those numbers will help someone to win the €73 million jackpot this Friday is of course something that we won’t know until the draw has taken place.
