El Gordo and EuroMillions Festive Double

The main numbers drawn in the EuroMillions game on Tuesday 18 December were 14, 18, 20, 35 and 44, and the Lucky Star numbers were 02 and 05. As you have probably guessed by now, no player was able to land the jackpot and so the biggest winners were found at the second-tier prize level, where four tickets matched all five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win €360,314 (£254,961) each.

Five tickets matched the five main numbers only to win €96,084 (£67,990) each, and another 52 tickets won €4,619 (£3,269) each by matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars. A total of 2,342,329 EuroMillions prizes were won on Tuesday, and those of you who play the game in the UK will be interested to hear that the winning Millionaire Raffle number – worth £1 million to the owner of the matching ticket – was CWS208075.
