Six tickets matched all five main numbers and one of the Lucky Star numbers to win a second-tier prize of €275,785 each, whilst twelve tickets matched five main numbers only to win €45,964 (£32,222) each. 35 tickets won €7,880 (£5,524) each by matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars and 794 tickets matched four main numbers and one Lucky Star to win €303 (£213) each. There were many more winning tickets at the lower prize levels, and the total number of prizes won last Friday was 2,506,859.
Once again, two of the numbers that we had previously highlighted as being ‘most overdue’ to make an appearance actually did so. The numbers that obliged on Friday were the main number 41 and the Lucky Star number 11, so the most overdue main numbers are now 40, 21, 02, 19 and 42, and the most overdue Lucky Star numbers are 04 and 07. More information can be found on our EuroMillions Statistics page.
Although the number of participants tends to be lower on Tuesdays than on Fridays, the double-rollover jackpot on offer this Tuesday will probably encourage many ‘Friday only’ players to have a go at the midweek game too. If that is the case then the number of prize winners this Tuesday should also be higher than usual, so watch this space and we’ll see how things pan out soon enough. Of course, your chances of winning the jackpot are exactly the same no matter how many players decide to get involved, so play EuroMillions online today and the next big winner could be you!
