EuroMillions Jackpot Tops €200 Million As 100 Millionaires Are Made

Friday’s huge EuroMillions jackpot remained out of reach, but it was still an incredible night for the 100 lucky players who became millionaires as part of a special Europe-wide raffle.

While the jackpot of €194 million was short of the record €240 million that was won by an Austrian player last December, the 100 Millionaires draw set up the possibility that there could be more money paid out than in any previous draw.

Instead, nobody matched all the winning numbers – 10, 11, 12, 29 and 31, with Lucky Stars 8 and 11. There have now been 14 consecutive rollovers since the jackpot was last won, pushing it up past €200 million for the next draw on Tuesday.

Go to the EuroMillions Results  page to view all the details of the draw for 22nd November, including how many winners there were in each prize tier and the results of the associated games in each participating country. You can also see all 100 winning codes for the European Millionaire Maker.

100 Millionaires

The European Millionaire Maker, also known as the 100 Millionaires Draw, considerably boosted everyone’s chances of landing a seven-figure sum. The winners were drawn at random so there was no way of knowing how they would be distributed across the continent.

As it turned out, some countries were luckier than others, but there was still a good spread throughout Europe. France, the UK and Spain were the most successful nations .

To win one of the €1 million prizes, you need to match all the numbers and letters from your code in their exact positions. In the UK, the National Lottery tops up prizes to £1 million to cover the difference when it is converted from €1 million.

Make sure to check your tickets to find out how you fared in both the main draw and the European Millionaire Maker.

Attention will now turn to Tuesday’s draw, when someone could become one of the biggest winners in EuroMillions history. If it rolls over again it will be approaching record territory and it may not be long before it reaches the game’s €250 million jackpot cap. You can choose numbers online or by visiting an authorised retailer.
